Organic Pea Protein, GOMCT-Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCT) Powder (Derive from Coconut carrier Glucose Syrup), GoFat Cocoa Butter Powder, Emulsifier (E471), Flavours, Sunflower Lecithin, Stevia, Stabiliser (E340ii)

Plant Protein Custard
Combine 1 scoop (34g) custard with 80ml of cold water or plant based milk into a bowl
Using a fork /spoon, mix well
Gradually add more liquid (maximum 150ml) until your custard reaches the desired consistency
HINT - Try our custard warm by heating on low heat for approximately 2 minutes
Protein Nice Cream
Combine 1 scoop (34g) custard with 100ml of cold water or plant based milk into a blender / food processor
Add 1 frozen banana
Blend until it has a smooth yet thick consistency
Enjoy straight away
HINT - Freeze for 30 minutes for a more ice-cream like consistency
